YieldBuild is a web service that requires a small snippet of javascript to be inserted on pages where you want ads optimized.
What does YieldBuild optimize?
YieldBuild optimizes the total effective revenue by finding the optimal combination of ad networks, ad sizes, and visual formatting characteristics.
Will YieldBuild work with my ad server?
YieldBuild works with most ad servers. Setup is easy and similar to Google AdSense.
Does YieldBuild change my page layout?
No. You simply have to choose ad zones (specific regions) on the page where an ad might be served. YieldBuild will not alter anything outside the ad zones.
How do I get paid if I run YieldBuild?
YieldBuild works with your Google AdSense, Yahoo Publisher Network, and/or eBay AdContext accounts. You will continue to get paid through the ad networks you have accounts with.

How long before I begin to see YieldBuild working?
YieldBuild requires a training period in order to test layouts and formats live with your site's traffic. As YieldBuild learns more about your traffic, it will refine the ad layouts in order to maximize clicks and revenue, and you will see performance continually improve. The first training period takes several thousand page views for three to five zones to fully optimize your site's ads, although each site differs and your training period often depends on your site's traffic patterns. Additional zones require longer training periods.
Why isn't there an ad in every zone?
Sometimes more is not necessarily better, and occasionally additional ads will decrease overall earnings. YieldBuild optimizes for the total effective revenue for a page, and determines the optimal number of ads to display across the zones you've chosen.
